We have some big, exciting news to share. Lucky To Live Here®️ is officially joining SERHANT. — and we couldn’t be more thrilled about what this means for our team, our clients, and our community.

This wasn’t a decision we made lightly. Lucky To Live Here®️ was built from the ground up on relationships, authenticity, and a genuine love for the communities we serve across Long Island’s North Shore. That’s never going to change. Our six-person team — led by co-founders Elena D’Agostino and Joyce Mennella — will now be part of one of the most dynamic real estate platforms in the country.
