Healthy Eats in the Huntington Area on Long Island
We love eating out and trying new eateries. We are always excited about what each establishment brings to the table and this includes healthy(ier) eating options. Each year bring new trends in nutrition and as we all know not all diets or trends fit every person.
Here are some of the 2023 Eating Well nutrition trends that we are most interested in learning more about.
1. Sustainable Seafood
2. Ginseng
3. Copycat Recipes
4. Spritzes
The establishments below incorporate some of these new trends. Additionally you'll also find specialized diets such as vegan (v) or gluten-free (g) menu items.
Take your mindful and healthy choices to any of the fabulous restaurants in Huntington. If you get stuck, ask for everything on the side, a salad with either grilled chicken or salmon on top and eat slowly. If all else fails, enjoy your meal, savor each bite and relish in the company you’re with.
